There are no refunds, as all Physical and Digital merchandise are made to order.

• For personal use only. this cannot be shared, forwarded, copied, used as NFT, etc.

• For non-profit use please get in contact with me for non-profit quotes.

• For commercial use please get in contact with me for commercial quotes.

• I have the right to refuse/cancel any commissions.

• I maintain the right to use any artwork I make, including commissions. I will use the artwork for my portfolio and marketing purposes.  I will never resell any commissioned piece.  If you would like to keep the artwork secret for a short amount of time, please inform me of the release date in the text box on the order form.

• When I attempt communication during the planning phase of the piece and you are unavailable for more than a week, your commission will be moved to the back of the queue.

• All prices are in USD and products must be paid in full before the commission is completed.  A non-refundable deposit of $ USD is required to reserve a spot in the queue.  If you cancel your commission, you are not eligible for a refund.  However, if I need to cancel your commission, you would be eligible for a refund.

• If the remaining balance of the commission is not paid in a timely manner, this may result in a forfeiture of the ownership of the piece.  I will make multiple attempts at contact before it comes to this.  This may result in the piece being resold elsewhere.

• All commissioned pieces must follow the following rules:

  • Please do not alter or change any of the designs of the pieces I’ve created.

  • Please give credit to me as the artist of the pieces when able.

  • You may not resell or claim to be the creator of the piece nor use the work in unauthorized ways without my permission

• Unlimited revisions are provided, do not feel guilty about using them.  However, if the revision asked is large enough to require me to essentially restart the piece, additional charges will be asked.

• All prices are per item.

• Re-Color only applies to selected items.

• All pricing may vary per artwork.
